Visit one of five pop-up vaccination sites set up at NFTA-Metro hubs for a free, single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. No appointment is necessary. Recipients receive a complimentary Metro Bus and Rail 7-Day pass, good anywhere in the system, throughout Erie and Niagara counties, on any bus or Metro Rail.

University Station – 3383 Main Street, Buffalo 14214 
University Station is located on the University at Buffalo South Campus, about a three minute walk from Harriman Hall, a mass vaccination site location. As the northern terminus of the Metro Rail line it is the busiest Metro Rail station, has a park-and-ride lot with 450 spaces, and is the starting point and terminus for thirteen Metro Bus routes serving the City of Buffalo and northern suburbs.

Utica Station – 1391 Main Street, Buffalo 14209 
Utica Metro Rail Station is located at the intersection of Utica and Main Street in the City of Buffalo. It serves the east and west sides of the city and is a key crosstown bus and rail transfer point.

Metropolitan Transportation Center (MTC) – 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, 14203 
The MTC is the Buffalo Bus Station serving Greyhound, Trailways, Mega/Flix Bus to and from all nearby metro areas (i.e. Cleveland, Pittsburg, Rochester, NYC). There are also five Metro Bus Routes that operate directly out of MTC and all Metro Bus routes that serve Downtown Buffalo are in close proximity. The downtown Buffalo community is in close walking distance and there are several services for the homeless and transient community.

Portage Road Transportation Center – 1162 Portage Road, Niagara Falls, 14301 
The Center serves as a key bus transfer point in the City of Niagara Falls. There are four Metro Bus Routes operating out of the Center serving Niagara Falls and Niagara County destinations. It is also the primary bus connection to Erie County and the City of Buffalo.

AppleTree Mall/Business Park – 2875 Union Rd., Cheektowaga, NY 14227 
Look for NFTA-Metro's Training Bus. Usually used to teach people how to use the bus and rail system, it has been repurposed into a safe and comfortable mobile vaccinate facility.
